Decluttering
We go through all those items that are cluttering up your living space and causing you anxiety. We work with you to make sure what needs to go goes, and what is important to you stays.
Removal
It does no good to declutter your space if the clutter just gets moved somewhere else. We will remove the items from your house for recycling, donation, trashing, or selling. Out of sight, out of mind.
Selling
For those items that still have value we can sell them for you so you can get some money back at the end of the whole process. We like to think one person’s clutter can be another person’s treasure… maybe.
Pricing
Lots of factors go in to determining the price of a project. We will work with you to find a solution to fit your budget.
Decluttering
Limited Clutter per Room: $150-$450
Lots of Clutter per Room: $450-$750
Prices are estimates. Actual prices established by initial assessment.
Removal
Small Items: Included with Decluttering
Large Haul: Additional charge may apply
Selling
50% commission on all items sold
